First Impressions 

I watched a youtube walkthrough and it was amazing and at that time i decided to play it. The game is created amazingly. When you start it, it feels new and great. Even from the look of it, it attracts the player. 
It sounds weird that a bananas game called My Friend Pedro. When i was playing it, my brother asked me:""Which game is it?" I was so into it that i constantly played it for 4 hours straight. The amazing thing about that it keeps you engaged. It does not bore the player. These are my thoughts after looking the game and the first level.

Main Protagonist and other characters

The protagonist of the game looks sill to me at first sight. But he is good. The character goes where you want it go. Protagonist has not any dialogue. But all the taking does is a banana. Banana taking is later. The protagonist has amazing moves and when he walks he looks a bit silly.
Banana name is Pedro.Banana is the character which guides the player through the game. Banana tells you the setting of the game and what you have to do. 
Bosses of the game are not very tough but the final boss is a real deal. 

AI 

The AI of the game is good with respect to the environment. The enemies start shooting at you when they see you. Enemies are not difficult to kill. They do not wait for anything at all. They take cover when there is a box or some barrier is near them. They do not move much when they start shooting at you. Enemies do not tolerate the player. Sometimes you can be killed when there are a lot of enemies and you become too much reckless.

Story

The player wakes up in a basement and a banana helps him understanding the plot. First, you have to kill 'Mitch The Butcher ' and the game starts.
The story feels pretty straightforward and linear. But, it takes a turn after beating the first boss. The story is interesting and it motivates you to keep playing and most importantly the killing fun keeps you going. There are no multiple endings. The game takes maximum 6 hours to complete. I played it normal difficulty and it took me about 4 and half an hour.
Game Design and Gameplay
The Game Design and Mechanics are good. Game is designed in a good way. The movement of character is designed well. Developers did not release this game unfinished. They did a pretty good job in developing 'My Friend Pedro'. Game Mechanics are very good. The balance of thing is game can be seen.
The Gameplay is pretty straightforward. The player has weapons ranging from pistol to sniper rifles. 2 pistols or 2 Uzis can be equipped at the same time. Player can shoot in two directions with 2 Uzis or pistols. Player can slow time. During slowness of time, if player shoots the enemies and damage happened to enemies then the time slower meter fills automatically.

Side Activities

The game has a story and there are no side missions i guess right now. Later on, developers can add some new stuff. It depends upon them. All you have to do is enjoy the gameplay and story.
